After work, it’s cuddles time with Brutus. Brutus slept most of the day while Vince was working.
Vince wants to go for a jog, so we’ll let him do that.
I get a notice that the Festival of Snow has started. Since it’s considered the winter season, I think it’ll be fun for Vince to go. It is in Mt. Komorebi. I’ll only visit there during winter seasons even though I know it’ll show up again in my Sims calendar again during another season.
It’s a heavy snow when Vince arrives. Definitely good for an event called Festival of Snow. He’s not dressed appropriately upon his arrival, though. There’ a Festival Snow Outfit available in one of the vending machines. This is where I have him go, first.
When he was a child, Vince met the mascot, Yamachan, in this same area when it was the Festival of Youth. I have Vince approach Yamachan. He definitely needs to take a selfie with the green giant.
Vince’s Hunger Need soon goes into the yellow. It’s time to try out that grilled squid. I am not a fan of squid, myself. Hopefully Vince is. The way he is looking at it, I’m not sure. He ends up having no problems. Glad he enjoys it.
During this past Winterfest, Vince helped his little sisters build a snowpal. I want him to build another one now that he is a young adult. He was a teenager at the time.
A stranger by the name of Sydney Ito helps Vince build his snowpal. I think Vince went to high school with Sidney. But it’s a different last name, now. He must have gotten married. That is nice of him to help Vince. However, he leaves when the snowpal is finished. I was hoping Vince would be able to introduce himself. The snowpal is interesting.
As it’s getting late and dark outside, Vince finishes off his time at the Festival of Snow by enjoying the view of the large dinosaur sculpture.
Before bed, Vince does a bit of meditating.
The next morning arrives. Vince takes a shower, has breakfast, gives Brutus a bit of tender loving care, and then it’s off to work. He’s going to get that promotion today; I just know it.
And Vince does it. He gets the promotion and is now Trainer to the Stars. He’s also wearing new clothes. I don’t like the jumpsuit thing, so I will change it. MC Commander Center mod helps with that. Vince receives a poster as well for his promotion which goes on his wall. It’s called Inspirational Mouse.
I send Vince to the Burners & Builders Gym to try his hand at leading a yoga class this time. He’s level 6 in wellness now. He’s learned new moves in the last couple levels. It looks like he might have a fan. We’ll see if she joins in on the class. I won’t invite others to join. I want to see if anyone shows up on their own.
This is turning out to be the weirdest first yoga class being taught by Vince. I think I will invite others to join next time. At least Nin joined on her own. Vince ends up enjoying the one-person class, but Nin looks like she has a headache from it. The others left when I turned off the music.
I send Vince home. He made $110 from the one and only participant. At home I’ve been having Vince work on his Wellness Aspiration of Inner Peace. He’s almost completed it. There’s only four more points needed of Find Peaceful Surroundings. He’s been listening to Focus music everyday.
For dinner, Vince has some perfectly made Burmese Samosa soup.
Before bed, it is more cuddle time with Brutus and a bit of meditation.
While Vince is fast asleep, his mom stops by. She has a resident key, so she can come by anytime she wants. I would assume she’d do it during the day or afternoon and not overnight. Sims will be Sims.
Around 4am in-game time, I receive a notification Xochitl is now an elder.
During his morning breakfast, Vince completes the Inner Peace category of the Wellness Aspiration. I put Vince into the Zen Guru category next.
As mentioned earlier, I do not like the jumpsuit the game uses for Trainer to the Stars outfit for Vince’s career. Green is a main color for The Sims because of the plumbob. Using the MC Command Center mod, I am able to change career outfits and create a new one. I put Vince in some green shorts and shoes.
While Vince is at work, Brutus makes a new friend. I’m also happy he does his business outside rather than indoors.
When Vince arrives home from work, I have him spend more quality time with Brutus as a puppy. He will be aging up to adult dog anytime today in-game.
I need a Spa for Vince. I decide to remove the Solar Flare Lounge in Oasis Springs and replace it with a Spa I find on The Sims 4 Gallery.
I send Vince to the Spa to work on his Wellness Aspiration of being a Zen Guru. It’s a gloomy day and maybe a good massage is needed. Especially when tomorrow in-game is Vince’s big wedding day. Instead of snow, it’s been raining a lot in Oasis Springs for the winter.
As Vince autonomously changes into his robe, I spy his stepsister, Karmine, there as well.
Before Vince can give massages himself, I feel he needs to get one, so he knows the proper techniques. I even get to pick the therapist. Rohan Elderberry is reading up, so I think I’ll have Vince give him the opportunity.
I think Vince also deserves a good hand massage. The attendant seems pleased as well.
I am going to end the chapter here. The next chapter will be dedicated to Vince and Aoi’s wedding.
