\n<\/strong>(The founder may be of either gender. However, only children of the opposite gender to the founder are eligible to be named heir. This repeats itself for the next generation (the next heir must be a different gender than the previous heir) so that each generation will have alternating-genders as heirs.)
\n<\/em>BLOODLINE LAW: <\/strong>STRICT TRADITIONAL
\n<\/strong>(To be eligible to be named heir, a child must be naturally born from their previous-generation parents and be able to trace an unbroken bloodline back to the founder. Adopted children may never be named heir.)

I guess you’ve been following my dad, Joseph<\/a><\/strong>, since the very beginning. Now it’s my turn to be followed by you guys. I should first thank you for voting me as heir to our family. I’m not sure what all that entails, but I’ll see as I go. I’m only a teenager, so I’ve got a lot of time to figure this out.<\/p>\n
My dad says I should think about starting a family when I get older. Friends are family, right? So why not start now. I’ll have a lot of friends who come visit us in Newcrest. I’m told as heir, I cannot leave Newcrest altogether. And if I do, our family loses it all. The fame and any fortune we have built up will be taken away.
