The next morning, it is a fruit salad breakfast kind of day for Geordi.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Since I have the Bust the Dust Pack, I also enabled the dust system. Geordi’s home is now starting to collect dust and a couple dust bunnies have appeared. I guess it’s time to buy a vacuum cleaner for Geordi and make him do a little cleaning besides the dishes he dirties.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

While vacuuming, the results come in for the Lottery. Surprise, surprise! Geordi doesn’t win.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

While at work, Geordi receives a text message from Knox. He found out that Geordi was promoted. I guess I can have Geordi and Knox hang out. Knox is trying to smooth things over.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Look at Geordi go! Coming home from work and his Performance is in Excellent status. He’s sure to get another promotion tomorrow. I’m guessing the farther he goes, the harder it’s going to get. For now, Geordi can revel in all his success he’s been achieving over the past few days. One more day and his three day weekend starts.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Geordi is having dinner and something outside caught my eye. The river near his house are hopping with fish. I don’t see Geordi being a fisherman, but it’s cool to see the fish enjoying themselves.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I turned off the growing of chest, back, arm, and leg hair for Geordi. I decided to let his facial hair grow out and check out the shaving option. There may be future generations that I want specific facial hair (custom) content and will turn that off for that particular Sim.<\/p>\n

Here we get to see Geordi shaving after getting up the next morning. The shaving cream for the face cracks me up. The animation is fun.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Two hours into his work shift, Geordi’s reached the pinnacle point of gaining the promotion. And it’s his last day of the week. Three promotions in one week. Way to go, Geordi! However, at work Geordi gets a mental fog as he is getting burned out.<\/p>\n

His three day weekend turned into a two day because of his promotion to Command Center Lead in the Astronaut Career<\/strong>. That is okay. At least Geordi still has the weekends off. He also gets to wear a shirt and tie now rather than a work polo. Geordi is looking smooth!<\/p>\n

More gifts with promotions. Now Geordi has some Star Seeker Original Blue Prints. I place these next to his model rocket on his bedroom dresser.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The next morning after breakfast, I have Geordi hit the Willow Creek gym. He decides to go back to his first gym outfit he wore when he met Knox. As he is on the treadmill, he starts to autonomously start up a conversation with Xochitl Luna. Therefore, I throw in some other conversational pieces so he can get to know her more.<\/p>\n

Geordi finds Xochitl basic looking, but I think this could be a good match for him. They have similar traits. I could throw him into CAS and give him a body piercing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Even though Xochitl was still at the Willow Creek gym after 2pm-ish, I decide not to see if she wanted to hang out. She should be at work. Not sure if the game would tell me that if I had Geordi ask her. I decide Geordi should hang out with Knox. Last we knew, Knox was unemployed.<\/p>\n

After a good shower, I have Geordi meet Knox at the Nightclub in Willow Creek, the Blue Velvet. It’s late afternoon and a Saturday. This cracks me up. Geordi decides to not even change after the shower. He just travels in his towel. As he arrives, there’s another Sim in just his towel, too. Maybe he saw Geordi leave and followed along. Like they were going to some towel party or something.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I make sure Geordi changes clothes before going inside the Nightclub with Knox.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Inside, I have both Geordi and Knox sit at the bar and converse. Geordi is able to get to know more about Knox.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

There’s music playing from the speakers in the Nightclub and Geordi seems to dig the genre.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

By 7:40pm, Knox decides it was time for him to go. I was hoping to get them to a new relationship level of friends. However, there was a sentiment gained. He also gains a new Personality Trait.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It was tofu tacos for dinner when Geordi arrives home from hanging out with Knox. He makes some darn good tacos.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The next morning, I have Geordi invite Xochitl over for breakfast at his house. He is in the middle of making pancakes when she arrives. Thankfully she comes right in after knocking on the door. I put her into a group with him and have them converse.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

During the making of the pancakes, Geordi’s stove breaks and sparks start to fly. Luckily the pancakes had finished soon after. However, when I have him Grab Meal Together, he grabs a plate of pancakes and Xochitl decides to start fixing the stove. That was not expected.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Because there’s no Easter in The Sims but there is an option to hunt for eggs, I created a Flower Bunny Day holiday where one should Decorate, Egg Hunt, and interact with the Flower Bunny. I didn’t realize the Flower Bunny would arrive so soon. Geordi was still hanging out with Xochitl, who decides to empty the trash can onto the floor and dig for treasures. At least she cleans up after herself afterwards.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Then it is time for Geordi to actually hang out with Xochitl. They sit on the couch and I have him do a bunch of Friendly interactions with just a couple Romance ones as well.<\/p>\n

As 1:30pm comes along, I decide to send Xochitl home as she would be heading to work soon and again, assuming she wouldn’t be around when she is supposed to be at work. Geordi learns more about her, receives a new sentiment and even picks up a little Romatic Interest from the two interactions he had with her.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It is time for Geordi to finish his Flower Bunny Day needs to make it a successful holiday. I buy him the Attic Stack Decoration Box and use it to decorate the outside portion of the house. The decorations turn out to be fun Spring colors. I enjoy the results.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Finally, Geordi searches his house for colorful eggs. With such a small house, he is only able to find three eggs. I buy him a shelving unit and display them in the living room area. Not sure yet if I’ll have him keep or sell them. For now, they spice up the room a small bit.<\/p>\n

This also concludes his requirements to make a successful Flower Bunny Day holiday.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Ending this chapter here. It looks like Geordi may have a love interest in his life now. I’ll have him scope out the gym again in the next chapter. He shares a couple traits with Xochitl, so she might be the one.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
