#BuildNewcrest: Day 68 (part 3)

Build Newcrest Challenge: Generation 2: Jubilee Simself

Day 68 – Part 3 of 3 (Household Income: §39,691)

Bro had just finished telling his Basic Training story as the rest of us finished dinner. He introduced us to his girlfriend he met there as well.

I am glad that bro found someone that makes him happy. I look outside and it’s getting pretty dark. I tell my bro and his girlfriend that as heir I have a gift for them since they are looking for a place to stay.

At work I spoke with the construction crew and they have built two low-income houses in the areas I designated. I share with them that I want to give them one of the houses to live in. It’s got the basic necessities needed.

The 3 of us take a stroll to their new home. I had it built across the street. That way Junior can stop by anytime and visit his nephew and niece.

This is also the first time I am seeing the house. The construction crew did a great job.

I give bro a hug and hand over the keys which my dad gave me when I got home.

Side Note: Check out more of the new home by visiting my sims 4 gallery, user ID LegacySims2017. The name of the lot is called “Oak Alcove Starter Home”.

After heading back home, dad and mom have already gone to bed. Karlo had put Angel and Noelle to bed as well. He was finishing up the dishes. I tell him Anne seems to make bro happy, so I am happy for both of them.

As I go to bed, I wonder about me and Karlo. We’ve gotten to know each other on a very personal level since our date night. A lot of it was him talking about himself. But he did mention me a few times. I never imagined myself, sis, and bro having romantic relationships.

  • I can’t believe it’s been so long since I read an up-date on this story. So, now I am going to binge read again! lol Oh, a new home! Yes! And right across the street. So convenient for visiting purposes! lol I’ll have to check out the build on-line.
