#BuildNewcrest: Generation 2 Introduction

Build Newcrest Challenge: Generation 2: Jubilee Simself

GENERATION 2 – FAMILY FRIENDLY
ASPIRATION: BIG HAPPY FAMILY – BUILD: LOWER CLASS HOOD
(This sim’s aspiration is to have a big happy family, they need some houses to live in though! Build the affordable starter home neighborhood (you can pick any 1 of the 3 hoods) and then watch in satisfaction as your big happy family moves into the neighborhood.)

SUCCESSION LAWS
GENDER LAW:
STRICT EQUALITY
(The founder may be of either gender. However, only children of the opposite gender to the founder are eligible to be named heir. This repeats itself for the next generation (the next heir must be a different gender than the previous heir) so that each generation will have alternating-genders as heirs.)
BLOODLINE LAW: STRICT TRADITIONAL
(To be eligible to be named heir, a child must be naturally born from their previous-generation parents and be able to trace an unbroken bloodline back to the founder. Adopted children may never be named heir.)
HEIR LAW: DEMOCRACY
(This rule may be used if you are displaying your Legacy Challenge in some public way. Either via Let’s Play, Livestream, blog or other format where people can leave comment. The heir is chosen by your viewers/readers from among the pool of eligible heirs.)
SPECIES LAW: XENOPHOBIC
(Heirs cannot be a different species from the founder.)

Side Note: I’m suppose to build the low class houses first, but for story purposes, I will not be. They will come into the story at a later time.

My name is Jubilee Simself.

I guess you’ve been following my dad, Joseph, since the very beginning. Now it’s my turn to be followed by you guys. I should first thank you for voting me as heir to our family. I’m not sure what all that entails, but I’ll see as I go. I’m only a teenager, so I’ve got a lot of time to figure this out.

My dad says I should think about starting a family when I get older. Friends are family, right? So why not start now. I’ll have a lot of friends who come visit us in Newcrest. I’m told as heir, I cannot leave Newcrest altogether. And if I do, our family loses it all. The fame and any fortune we have built up will be taken away. I don’t want to do that to our family, so I think it would great to bring my family of friends here to hang out. We’ll be one big happy family.
