The Duckson Legacy: Generation 1: Chapter 3: The Water Boy
The next morning during breakfast, Andrew was watching tv. He had a lot on his mind. Especially doing more bachelor pad decorating. Painting needed to be done for sure. He also wanted to liven the place up a bit.
He saw an ad on the television for a Waterperson position for one of the sports teams. He wouldn’t mind meeting some of the local sports celebrities. Plus he needs to have an income if he wants to not be homeless right after having his home built.
Eventually Andrew did get the job. His pay would be $16/hr. He would be allowed three vacation days. His hours would be 2:00pm – 9:00pm every afternoon except on Mondays and Thursdays. His first shift starts the next day.
He was given a uniform to wear. It wasn’t all that nice looking either, but it would do. His co-workers liked him and dubbed him “the water boy”. Andrew didn’t mind and even enjoyed that title.
Andrew had a busy few weeks. From now having a full-time job and decorating his house, his outside of work social life was dragging. He was however happy with his new bachelor pad look and feel.
Andrew’s workplace ended up transferring him to Locker Room Attendant after a while. The pay was a little better, but the work wasn’t. Instead of keeping the teammates hydrated, now he had to make sure their equipment was top notch. This meant washing their towels and uniforms, and organizing what they needed.
Congrats on the promotion! Love the reference to “water boy” lol Hopefully Andrew won’t spend all his time working and decorating.
I enjoyed the “water boy” thing as well. 😀
HaHa! Andrew looked adorable in his uniform, Congrats on the promotion, hopefully with the new position brings more simoleons and he can add some color to his bachelor pad.
He’s cute in his uniform. I’m looking forward to color in his home, but for now, he’s got the basics.
