Build Newcrest Challenge: Generation 1: Joseph Simself
Day 17 (Household Income: §6,077)
Yes, me and Clare had make up woohoo last night. It was our first argument. And no, I’m not going to have arguments with her so I can have woohoo.
Clare wakes me up around 7am. She was hungry. I don’t know why she would have to wake me up for that, but okay.
As we’re both eating our cereal, she covers her mouth as if she’s about to vomit. Uh oh. I wonder if we grabbed bad cereal. It can’t be that because mine tastes fine. Or I hope she’s not getting sick. I can’t afford to catch what she has if she is getting sick.
Clare went to work at 10am. I insisted she stay home if she was sick, but she said she was fine.
I went ahead and did my gardening. I have today off from work.
I must tell you that when you water your garden for almost an hour, your bladder senses it. I don’t want to do the duck waddle to the bathrooms, so I best go now. I got most of the watering done.
When I come out of the bathroom, there’s this woman standing there looking up and pointing to the sky, muttering something about aliens. Sims around here sure like to talk about vampires and aliens. What’s next? Ghosts? I leave her be and go back to my lot.
I’m hungry but not. So I grab a bowl of yogurt to satisfy my stomach for now.
Then I get online to my social media page and joke around with others online that are following. I guess some people just aren’t funny. I got a few dislikes.
Then I try posting some memes. That did the trick!
I continue to talk to some of followers until Clare gets home from work.
I hear Clare arrive and I go ask her about her day. She still feels sick, but said she had a good day at work. I give her a friendly hug.
Clare didn’t feel like have anything grilled tonight. I ask her if she wants to go to that restaurant in the Magnolia Promenade. She just felt like staying in, so we do some roasting.
She’s tired from a long day at work and feeling a little sick, so we go to bed.
See you all in the morning.
